Kenya Investment Authority (KenInvest) is a statutory body established in 2004 through an Act of Parliament (Investment Promotion Act No. 6 of 2004) with the main objective of promoting investments in Kenya. It is responsible for facilitating the implementation of new investment projects, providing after care services for new and existing investments, as well as organizing investment promotion activities both locally and internationally.

KenInvest invites applications from interested and competent firms possessing the requisite skills, resources and experience to carry out the following works on two floors of the UAP Towers in Upper Hill for a One Stop Centre (OSC) for investors and KenInvest offices.

Interested, eligible and competent firms may obtain or inspect the Tender Documents detailing the requirements free of charge from the Kenya Investment Authority’s website (www.investmentkenya.com), or the e-procurement supplier portal (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke).

All interested bidders who download the documents and intend to submit a bid should send their company details or direct any enquiries to the following email address:

There shall be a site visit on Tuesday 25^th October, 2016 starting from 9.00 am and bidders will be required to make their own transport arrangements.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be deposited in the tender box provided at Kenya Investment Authority, Railways Headquarters, Block D, 3^rd Floor, Workshop Road (off Haile Selassie Avenue), Nairobi or be addressed and posted to;

So as to be received on or before Thursday 3^rd November, 2016 at 11.00 hours local time.

Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Conference Room on 3^rd floor, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

KenInvest reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in whole or in part and is not bound to give reasons for either rejection or acceptance. Late applications will be returned unopened. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
